Lomi Lomi

This technique relaxes the entire being, assisting in the letting go of old beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that cause limitations and which are stored in the cells of the body. A difference from other massage techniques is that you lay directly on the vinyl of the table and you are covered by a small sheet or towel leaving most of the body exposed during the massage, while maintaining your modesty. Under body and full strokes also help to free the energy, make the body soft while promoting free and abundant flow of life energy in the client.

Thai Table Yoga Massage

A dynamic bodywork therapy that combines techniques and principles from several ancient healing systems. Based in Ayurveda, during the session the practitioner guides the client through assisted yoga poses and passive stretches while applying gentle acupressure and compression massage techniques along the body's muscles and energy lines. Beneficial to those who are sore from over exertion due to physical labor or athletics, as well as those who are tired and achy from under activity due to sedentary work, illness, or injury.

Lymphatic Massage Services

Massage Cupping Services
Massage cupping involves the therapeutic use of plastic, silicone, or glass suction cups which create a vacuum and pull the skin and tissue up into the cup which helps move the congested fluid underneath. Cupping is used to decrease muscle tension, treat scar tissue, decrease pain and swelling due to general tension, injury, or post-surgery. Cupping is not indicated for use with an acute injury.

Oncology Massage
Oncology massage is an approach to massage therapy based in both compassion and specialized massage techniques to help guest manage their experience with cancer and improve quality of life. Benefits include improved relaxation, sleep, and immune function as well as relieving anxiety, pain, fatigue, and nausea. The treatment is modified according to the full spectrum of cancer-related issues: the physical, psycho-social as well as the emotional consequences. Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a Japanese technique that is very beneficial for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is an ancient art of lying on of hands and is Japanese for "universal life energy." This healing modality is highly effective when helping release emotional stress or hypersensitive areas. This energy work does not involve soft tissue manipulation (it is not like a "regular massage").

infrared sauna blanket
Enjoy the convenience of our Infrared Sauna Blanket session. You get to relax and detoxify while you lay comfortably in the blanket on a massage table with your head supported by a pillow. Three customizable heat zones allow you to target your upper body, trunk, and lower body individually or the body as a whole.
Infrared saunas use light to generate controlled heat, often referred to as “far-infrared” heat, causing the heat to warm the body instead of just warming the air around the body.

What is Parafango and How Does it Work?
The word "parafango" is the combination of two other words: "paraffin" (like the wax) and "fango" (the word for a special type of mineral mud; this mud being from the bay of San Michel in France).
This is a luxurious treatment that is renewing and effective - as it is a spa service that moisturizes, purifies, and beautifies the skin.
Our Signature Parafango Treatment begins with an application of Cremfoliant (exfoliating cream gel with crushed apricot seeds) to stimulate circulation and gently exfoliate the skin. Next, an application of a serum to the target areas. You choose whether you are targeting inch loss or cellulite reduction (we will use either Aminodren for inch loss and Aminocel for cellulite reduction). Finally, a thick layer of warm, hydrating Parafango is brushed over your body or target areas. Then you simply relax for 15 minutes in a heated blanket. The wrap is then peeled back to reveal a beautiful new you!
